Refund policy

At Theyia Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please carefully read our return and refund policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted and eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Unused product and in perfect condition: the product must not have been opened, used, or damaged.
Original packaging: the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals, attached documents, etc.).
Exceptions:
Personalized products: custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Opened products: any product whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
3. Return Procedure
Please follow these steps to make a return:
Contact us: send an email to hello@theyia.com specifying your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return.
Prepare the package: ensure the product is in its original condition and properly protected for transport.
Shipping: we will provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Refund Processing
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of our decision:
Accepted: if the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days.
Rejected: if the return is rejected, we will send you a detailed explanation by email.
5. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact us at hello@theyia.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. Defective Product or Order Error
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at hello@theyia.com. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
7. Data Protection
The personal data you provide as part of a return will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
