French-speaking countries
European Union countries

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Order processing: within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Other destinations: delivery times vary depending on the country and will be specified at checkout.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, local conditions, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Fees
Switzerland: Free shipping
Europe: Free shipping
International: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on weight and destination.
4. Carriers
We work with reliable logistics partners such as Swiss Post and recognized carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
5. Customs and Taxes (International Deliveries)
Customs duties and taxes may apply to orders delivered outside Switzerland. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities. Theyia Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive an email containing a real-time tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
Incorrect address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
Unclaimed package: If a package is not collected within the carrier’s deadline, it will be returned to us. A new shipment can be arranged after payment of reshipping fees.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged product: Please send clear photos of the package and the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to hello@theyia.com.
Missing item: Contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can verify the issue and resolve it quickly.
9. Order Modification or Cancellation
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theyia.com.
Once the order has been shipped, no modifications or cancellations will be possible.
